Over the past 4 years, Kantar in association with WPP has been publishing a verified ranking and report of the 2018 BrandZ™. The report evaluates and enlists Top 75 Most Valuable Indian Brands.

Based on their growth and prestige, top Indian brands are awarded the ranking respectively. The report also tracks these brands over time and provides insights as to how to build a valuable brand in this country. Keeping in touch with the ever-expanding marketplace, the list was elongated from 50 to 75 in 2018.

This year, 8 new categories have been added to the list, however, MRF has maintained its foothold by securing a position at 48. Last year, MRF was ranked 30 out of the Top 50 Brands and valued at USD 1,003 Million. This year as the category expanded, so did the valuation and ranking of this tyre conglomerate. MRF is now valued at 1,259 Million leading its respective market category as it is the only tyre brand to be featured on this list.
